J. Sasha Bartunek, LMHC Licensed Mental Health Counselor, Trauma Specialist
Known for her warmth, caring, and passion for her work, Sasha has immediate openings for children (ages 5+), teens, and adults with mood or personality disorders, trauma histories, parent/child interaction & relationship challenges, grief, divorce recovery, post-partum depression/anxiety and more. Sasha is well-versed in a variety of approaches to include CBT, DBT, Solution-focused, ACT, play therapy, and expressive therapies. She is also EMDR-certified and offers this service for all ages.
In addition, Sasha is a Qualified Supervisor for mental health counselors working toward licensure.
Serving individuals, couples, and families, she currently sees clients on a private pay basis only.
Linda Berkowitz, LMHC Licensed Mental Health Counselor
A well-seasoned psychotherapist with more than four decades of expertise, Linda treats children, teens, and adults addressing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, relationship issues, parenting challenges, domestic violence, Bipolar and Personality disorders. Linda is also an accomplished play therapy specialist and a member of the Tampa Bay Psychoanalytic Society.
She is available to see individuals, couples, and families on Tuesdays for daytime & evening appointments. Linda accepts Aetna, Baycare, Cigna (Evernorth), Humana, Magellan, Optum/United Healthcare and Tricare Select insurances as well as private pay arrangements.

Dr. Rob Evanko works individually with teens (14+) & adults, couples & families. Having served the Tampa Bay area for more than three decades, Rob’s main priority as a counselor is to find compassionate & creative ways to connect with each individual family member—giving special attention to personal interest areas/strengths, unique personalities, experiences & family backgrounds. Rob's areas of specialization include: fractured relationships, depression, anxiety, ADHD, grief, anger, life transitions, and divorce recovery. He also incorporates a Christian-faith based approach whenever requested.
Rob is a qualified supervisor available for registered interns working toward Florida state licensure.
Currently, he sees clients on Saturdays only and accepts Aetna, Cigna (Evernorth), Humana, Tricare East insurances, and private pay arrangements.
Gabby Lafond, MSW Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern
Gabby provides individual therapy for ages 12 and up, with a special love for helping teens and young adults. Her areas of specialty include: depression, anxiety, low self-esteem, self-harming, difficulties of blended families, trauma, grief, and challenging life transitions. Gabby carefully designs a unique treatment plan for each client, incorporating CBT, DBT, and experiential methods.
As a registered intern, Gabby offers discounted private-pay rates only. She offers weekday, evening & Saturday appointments.
Mia Mikesell, MA Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern
Mia is available to see women ages 15 through older adults both individually & in couples therapy. Her areas of specialty include grief/loss, anxiety, stress resilience, self esteem, and family relationships. Mia also helps clients navigate challenging life transitions such as changing jobs/careers, caregiving aging parents, or adjusting to having adult children.
Mia has worked in mental health & human services in a variety of settings to include bereavement camps, mentorship programs, and outpatient treatment. She is certified as a Prepare Enrich Premarital Counselor and offers a Christian counseling approach when requested.
As a registered intern, Mia offers reduced private-pay rates only. Both day & evening appointments available Wednesdays - Fridays.
Ashley Parson, MSW Registered Clinical Social Worker Intern
Ashley offers individual therapy for clients 16+ addressing anxiety, depression, codependency, family conflict, self-esteem, stress resilience, anger, ADHD, and Autism. Using compassionate, empowering, and evidence-based approaches, Ashley incorporates varied modalities designed to meet the unique goals of her clients. Ashely is also an LGBTQ+ affirming therapist.
As a pre-licensed professional, Ashley offers discounted private pay rates only and has both day & evening availability.
Alison Preloznik, Certified Master Hypnotist
Hypnosis can be a powerful tool for intentional change and self-improvement as well as aid in psychotherapy work. Alison offers individual hypnosis sessions to address: fears & phobias, habit control, relationship enhancement, sleep disturbances, weight loss, smoking cessation, stress, self-confidence, and medical issues (such as migraines, fibromyalgia, and chronic pain.)
Available weekdays, evenings, and Saturdays, Alison sees clients on a private pay basis only.
Heidi Noyes, BA Masters Program Student
Joining us for her clinical internship through Dec. 2022, Heidi sees children (ages 5 - 8), adults and senior adults for individual, couples, and family therapy.
Her areas of specialization include: women's issues, depression, anxiety, chronic pain management, caregiver stress, and trauma. Heidi has a particular heart for helping women "rediscover" themselves after becoming "lost" in relationships, parenting, consuming jobs, and so on. With a BA in Theology, she is also very comfortable incorporating spirituality and faith into sessions if requested.
Available for daytime and evening appointments, her student rate is currently only $40/session.

Treating ages 14 and up, Jennifer specializes in anxiety/depression, self-esteem, life changes, divorce recovery, relationships, emotional eating, grief, spiritual growth, and general women's mental wellness. She incorporates CBT, Solution-focused, and attachment therapy approaches into individual sessions.
With her undergraduate degree from Trinity College of Florida and graduate degree from Liberty University, Jennifer also offers a Christian faith-based approach when requested.
Both day and evening appointments are available. As a registered intern, she offers reduced fee private pay arrangements only.
Larry specializes in and offers hope to couples working through
infidelity/affairs, communication and relationship issues. As a Licensed
Marriage & Family Therapist, he helps couples reconnect, rebuild, and
restore their relationship to where they want it to be. Larry also sees adults for individual therapy to address depression, anxiety, job stress, grief/loss, and life transitions. He is also known across Tampa Bay as the go-to
therapist for healthcare, business, and executive professionals.

COMING SOON: Dr. Squires is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist who exclusively conducts psychological assessments for the purposes of guiding medication and therapeutic practices, and for surgery clearance (e.g. bariatric and spinal evaluations.)
