About Alaina

At Growth & Recovery, Alaina offers individual therapy for teens and adults seeking to address anxiety, depression, stress, low self-esteem, or complex life changes.

Her approach is person-centered, humanistic, and existential. In addition, she borrows from both CBT and DBT for coping tools for her clients. One of the aspects of her work she enjoys the most?

“I really enjoy guiding clients to finding meaning in their current life, and focusing on the here & now.

Clients describe Alaina as “warm, non-judgmental, and patient.” She also has an unrelenting optimism for and belief in her clients, which consistently shines through. In addition, she is an LGBTQIA+ affirming therapist. In a short time, Alaina has become highly regarded by our referral sources and sought-after by new clients.

Alaina has worked in the mental health field since 2019. As a Behavioral Specialist at the adolescent IOP at Rogers Behavioral Health, she provided therapeutic interventions for patients with depression, anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder, eating disorders, and trauma.
