Aimee is a seasoned therapist who has provided counseling services for young people and their families in the Tampa Bay area for the past three decades.

Working with children as young as six, teens, and young adults, Aimee offers individual and family therapy as well as parenting consultations at Growth & Recovery. Her specialties include ADHD, Autism, Depression, Anxiety, Grief, Adjustment to Divorce, Low self-esteem, and Self Harm. Aimee also works with teens who have issues around food and body image and engage in such behaviors as skipping meals or fixating on weight.

Since the early 1990s, Aimee has been a Pasco County School Counselor, providing individual and group counseling for elementary and middle school students, facilitating a drug prevention program for at-risk teens, and conducting Active Parenting classes. In addition, she has previous experience providing in-home counseling services for families in distress.

Aimee holds a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Stockton University in NJ and a second Master’s in Counselor Education from USF. She is a Florida Certified School Counselor and an active member of the Florida Mental Health Counselors Association.

Aimee has immediate openings for new clients, offering in-person and virtual appointments on weekday evenings and some Saturdays. Aimee accepts Tricare Select, United Healthcare, and private pay arrangements.
