Lindsay is an experienced clinician with more than twenty years in the field of mental health. She now joins Growth & Recovery to provide telehealth counseling services for clients who seek the convenience and ease of scheduling that telehealth offers, or who simply prefer to attend sessions from the privacy and comfort of their own homes.

Offering both individual and couples therapy, Lindsay sees clients ages 16+ who are addressing anxiety, depression, anger, stress, low self-esteem, and poor body image. She also helps individuals who are struggling with weight loss due to patterns of disordered eating (for example: binge eating). She is also an LGBTQ+ inclusive therapist.

Clients describe Lindsay as both compassionate and practical, and appreciate her solution-focused approach. She also utilizes CBT, TF-CBT, and motivational interviewing techniques.

Lindsay received both her BA in Psychology and her MA in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida.

Telehealth appointments are immediately available for weekday, evening, and select weekend time slots. Lindsay currently accepts United Healthcare/Optum and Tricare Select insurance and private pay arrangements.
