Job Description: We are seeking a passionate and licensed Marriage and Family Therapist to join our dynamic team at Growth & Recovery in Trinity. This position offers the opportunity to start part-time with the potential to transition into a full-time role. As a therapist in our practice, you will provide individual, couples, and family therapy services to our diverse client population.

- Conducting assessments and developing treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs.
- Providing individual, couples, and family therapy sessions both in-person and virtually.
- Collaborating with other members of the treatment team to ensure comprehensive care for clients.
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation of client sessions and progress.
- Participating in regular supervision and team meetings.

- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy
- Current license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Florida
- Experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
