About Cristina

Cristina is a Registered Mental Health Counselor Intern in the state of Florida. Moving toward wellness practices has always been important to Cristina. In her previous work, she has been involved in creating psycho-educational programs for staff on mindfulness, self care, and tools to help prevent career burn-out.
